The barriers and challenges that hinder the quality implementation in Tripoli – Lebanon hospitals

Quality in healthcare is achievable through quality management systems and enhances service quality, operations, management. Health organizations that realize implementation have high staff satisfaction, client employee cooperation, commitment from managerial to subordinate levels. However, health must address barriers challenges attaining desired quality. This study explores Tripoli hospitals’ obstacles affecting the of systems. It used a quantitative methodology with semi-structured questionnaire for data collection interview respondents comprising managerial, directorial, administrative personnel. The hospital’s consisted nursing medical general directors. Results indicated hospital directors city’s face related human resource organization structure achieving using A total 189 participants drawn directorial capacities hospitals participated study. Most (I = 115) asserted lack involvement motivation were primary implementation. Hypotheses 1 3 proved correlation analysis, but hypothesis 2 was statistically insignificant. findings recommended practices such as motivation, fair compensation, decision-making are necessary improvement.
